  I was travelling from Brisbane to Mount Isa to start a new Job. I phoned all agencies prior to arriving. City and Country Realty were the only agency that showed me several viewings on arrival which was on a weekend. On the Monday I attended most agency to view other properties to be told that I could not be showed straight away and booked in viewings for 24 to 48hr later. I needed a place by then as it was costing me in motel accommodation every night. In the end I rented through City and Country and stayed with them for over 12 months and on vacating I had received an excessive list to complete to receive my bond back. They let me attend this list 3 times before it was correct. Don't get me wrong I was starting to get upset and aggravated over the situation however they had supporting documents to back there list with photo evidence. I am glad they gave me the opportunity to rectify the list 3 times. But at the end of the day, the way I looked at it is if I had and investment property these are the managers I wish to manage my property knowing the quality they bring to the properties for there owners and make sure they are well looked after but a tenant on a vacate. There houses were kept at a professional standard over other houses I viewed with other agencies with in the town. I would recommend anyone to this agency and especially owners if you wish your property is kept to the standard you left it.
